The T-shaped slide table is a two axis slide table constructed from FSL40 series linear modules, which can achieve two-dimensional spatial motion. The FSL40 adopts an open structure and is equipped with a single guide rail (12MM micro rail) and a single slider. Both ends of the screw are fixed with bearings to improve stability. Suitable for medium to low load and medium speed requirements, with stable usage environment (open module without dust and water resistance function).
This cross slide table is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with a compact and sturdy structure, smooth movement, and durability. It can be matched with a controller to achieve high-precision two-dimensional space motion control, and can be customized in length. It can also be used to build a three-axis motion system to solve pain points in various industries.
Requirements for building a cross slide table
Y-axis: effective travel ≤ 1000MM
Y-axis: effective travel ≤ 600mm
Maximum load capacity: less than 18KG (depending on the effective travel of the X-axis, the longer the load, the smaller the load)
